You are registering for an Ozark Extreme
Adventure Racing event. Hosted and managed by Ozark Extreme
Adventure Sports, Inc.

Prices, Discounts, and Registration
Timelines will be set at the sole discretion of Ozark Extreme
Adventure Sports and any price, deadline, or timeline may be
modified or extended at any time without notice, prior to
registration.

All completed registrations, and
registration fees shall not be modified unless agreed by both
parties.

Credit/Debit card transactions will be
processed by Pay-Pal and Ozark Extreme Adventure Sports never has
access to Credit/Debit card numbers at any time.

Credit/Debit card transactions will
close two (2) days before the event.

All payments by mail must be received no
later than five (5) days before the event.

Checks must be
mailed and postdated within 5 days of registration.

Checks must be mailed and postdated by the last day of the discounted registration
timeline to be accepted at the discounted entry rates.

Retuned checks shall incur a $50
processing fee and arrangements must be made for restitution or the
check will be turned over to the local district court system for
collection.

Registrations by mail not meeting the
above process will be billed for the difference in pricing.

It is
the responsibility of the registrant to keep proof of registration
and payment in the event of an error.

Race fees are refundable, less a $20 administrative fee per
person, up to 7 days before the event. After the 7 day
cutoff, fees are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates are
good for one year from their date of issue. No refunds on gift
certificates.

Refunds void all agreements between the
person receiving the refund and Ozark Extreme Adventure Sports.

Lodging is not included in the
registration fees and it is the participants responsibility to
secure lodging prior to the event.

Entry fees include meals for all racers,
plus one support member or guest. Additional meals may be paid at
race check in.

home with a great experience.
