Ozark Extreme
Adventure Racing will continue our 5th
year of Arkansas’
only adventure sprint race series. The series includes three sprint
adventure races, clinics and special events and new for 2009, finish out
the year with a 12 hour adventure race. Event locations are held near
major metropolitan areas across the state of Arkansas.
These creative courses
are designed to introduce more people to the sport while challenging
even expert racers. Teams will mountain bike, run, paddle then perform
some special skills throughout the course. Divisions include male,
female, coed and solo categories.
Race locations will be
near Fayetteville, Pine Bluff, Jonesboro/Memphis and our full length
event will be on Lake Ouachita near Hot Springs. Clinics and some
smaller special events will be held in Little Rock as well.

Opportunities
Our goal for the sprint
series is to present professional races that are fun and challenging
while being achievable to people new to adventure racing. For four years
we have produced 15 outstanding events, with each event growing in size
and participation. Our 2009 events are anticipated to reach even more
racers around the state and region. With almost 30% of our racers coming
from out of state, our events are reaching a wide demographic.
Our sprint races are
designed to accommodate 30 to 50 teams of two with solo racers mixed in
the field, while our full length adventure race will have teams of three
and solos. Here is where we need your help.
This is your opportunity
to take advantage of our growing adventure racing sprint series. It is
our goal to introduce our racers your business and products.
It is also your
opportunity to get people involved with your organization and adventure
sports. With adventure racing being the fastest growing sport worldwide
this is a great way to form lasting partnerships and make your customer
base and the sport grow.
We offer a variety of
benefits based on your level of sponsorship. In addition, our events
also need volunteers. We offer this so anyone who enjoys the outdoors
may come and help out and get first hand experience of what our events
are all about.
Presenting sponsors will
be listed above other sponsorship levels with your logo and banners
displayed on our website sidebar, each event’s finishing podium and will
be added to all media and our race T-shirts. This type of sponsorship
requires a $500 monetary sponsorship as a minimum.
All other sponsors will
be featured on the race T-shirt, our organizations website sponsor page,
in media and promotional packets at each race, all in the order of
sponsorship value.
We can include flyers,
coupons or other media to promote your business in our registration race
packets. We accept sponsorships of samples, prizes, trade items or
exchanges of services.
Title sponsorships are
also available. Title sponsorships include your business name and logo
along with ours in the event title. Contact us for more information on a
title sponsorship.
We understand your
business needs to attract a loyal customer base and gain exposure to
this growing market. Together we can match more racers to your business
through our adventure sprint series.
About Ozark Extreme
We were founded on the
idea of competing in and promoting adventure sports. Our organization
works to provide information, special events, training, and racing
opportunities for anyone interested in the sport. Our ultimate mission
is to introduce more people to adventure racing while maintaining
interest through events and promotions. Our secondary purpose is to
promote our team and compete in adventure races. Some of our proceeds go
towards this cause.
